I came in for a oil change.They gave me a paper showing me they check all these areas on my car. I left with a headlight out.. We had the best car shopping/buying experience yet! We found my dream car (GMC Acadia) on Carfax and went to see it the next day to see it and drive it. Sam (I think it was Sam Reed) was SO laid back! He found my dream car (GMC Acadia) on Carfax and went to see it the next day to see it and drive it. Sam (I think it was Sam Reed) was SO laid back! He met us at the door with anything but a “used car sales man vibe!” We didn’t feel stalked at all. He got us into the car for a drive. After we came back he asked if we had any questions and we began the process. He got us 3x what other dealerships offered for our trade which was very good but not unrealistic. I’m so happy with our decision to work with Sam and Gilchrist. We also enjoyed the efficiency of the loan officer/ financial man who newly moved to WA from NJ. We were finishing up a good 30-45 min after closing and never felt rushed at all. Thank you so much Sam and team!! More
