Not happy with how my vehicle was cared for. My plastic floor mat was removed and muddy footprints were on my floor mat. Slow service. I was told an hour for standard oil change which took 2. Called multiple times to check in as I was waiting nearby. If I would have been told a 20 minute oil change would take 3 hours i could have planned for that. Realistic expectations were not offered as I was told 1 hour. This is now the 3rd time for my maintenance oil change on my new car purchased there. If this continues I will buy next car elsewhere More
