The service desk did a fine job - 5 - the person who did the oil change set the emergency brake so hard I had to go back into the dealership and get the service desk to release it for me. As usual, I booked appointment online. It was Immediately confirmed. Later confirmed for a much earlier time. Confused, I asked ultimately had to call & confirm the original 2:00 pm slot. Confused, I asked ultimately had to call & confirm the original 2:00 pm slot. 100 minutes in, my service contact informed me they were unable to complete scheduled 45K mile transmission service 'out of time'. I was given the choice to either reschedule or leave my truck over the weekend (they were informed I had no ride upon check-in). Frustrated, upon checkout, I also learned they hadn't rotated my tires, citing I didn't have a wheel lock. I informed them it was located in cup holder next to driver's seat - where I routinely place it for every service I've had done there. I returned days later for a rescheduled 10:00 am appointment. It took 5.5 hours to have transmission serviced & tires rotated. No communication, zero updates & no apologies from anyone for the paces they put me through. No one took ownership & no accountability. In short, no one 'owned' it. I'm a retired business professional & am struggling to find an example of poorer service. I've yet to leave a review on their site. It's coming. More
