Chuck was great. He was kind, professional and patient. My problem is with the work done on the car. We had to come back three additional times for a total of four visits to get the problem fixed. One of the times was 100% due to mechanic error and not tightening some thing. The other two times had to do with having to clean out carbon omissions, which should’ve been done while we were there, and the last time was due to an issue from our very first visit. I don’t trust the work they’ve done on my car now, and I’m nervous to get it back. I would never come back here, and I would never recommend this place to anybody. It has been a huge inconvenience to constantly take our car in for issues that should’ve been taken care of on day one. More
