I made an appointment to have a recall done. They gave me a date and time and when I came they said the parts had not come in and they would call me when they did. I Called 2 weeks later to They gave me a date and time and when I came they said the parts had not come in and they would call me when they did. I Called 2 weeks later to see if they were available and they said they had no information about my recall on my car or a past appointment and they would have to order parts. Called GM. They said they had the parts. Made another appointment for the recall and a sensor had gone out. They told me it would be 130 dollars for the part and labor . When I got there they said sensor and labor would be 589 dollars. I am on SS medicaid/Medicare. The guy said they had the correct part I needed listed on the repair sheet but gave they gave me the wrong price. I had a quote from a repair shop for 388 dollars in my neighborhood I could have had it done before the recall but now they are booked until the end of September. Worse service center I have ever been to. Certainly they have less interest in getting the recall done than GM who kept sending, emailing and calling me to get it done. More
I went in for a 45000 mile service, Dealership instead preformed an oil change. Rather than being concerned about fixing the mistake they were way more concerned about assigning blame to someone. I think they blamed the poor girl that made the appointment over the phone. My email reminder said 45000 mile service, so i diubt it was her fault. Insread of placing blame they should have been focused on fixing my truck. More
They did not completely explain what was wrong with my transmission. They did not list the faults or engines codes my car was having since it was a Saturn Vue Hybrid.
