Our vehicle was brought in for a routine service. The customer service was subpar and employees were less than kind. So many things to complain about…when you first get in to drop off your car you get very few smiles from the service advisors. Everyone just looks like they hate there jobs. They put me in a rental car and drop off your car you get very few smiles from the service advisors. Everyone just looks like they hate there jobs. They put me in a rental car and the company they used took an hour to get me a car. This isn’t Gilchrist fault but is part of the process. They did a big repair on my truck and the service tech dented and scratched my car. I realized things happen but the tech had to have known he did it but never said anything and I found it during a walk around before I drove off. This feels like they are just trying to get away with something but who knows. The service manager did make the repairs at no charge but even the guys doing the repair didn’t put the wheel well liner back. Again I found it doing a walk through. Seems like Gilchrist should have someone walk around and check the service techs work since they can’t police themselves. They are lucky to get 2 stars. More

They'll do anything to get out of rotatating tires. Last two visits. 1st said it didn't need it. 2nd they said they couldn't because no wheel lock key.
