In my family we have purchased a number of new cars and after the purchase, I always ended up with a sense or feeling of having been "screwed up". So I always had the belief that all new car dealers were after the purchase, I always ended up with a sense or feeling of having been "screwed up". So I always had the belief that all new car dealers were the same - out to get the upper hand over the consumer. However this time when I purchased my new Ram truck, I did not feel the same way. I don't know why but some reasons might have been Mr Aguilar's knowledge, concern, friendliness and professionalism that made my wife and I very comfortable when we finally drove the truck home. I am very happy with the truck and you can bet that if we in the future decide to replace our family car you will be the first dealer to visit. I entered the service are, I was greeted immediately by Mr. Tavares with a "Good Morning," and a friendly smile.
