The customer service that we received from Mike Dusan was outstanding. He is the reason that we will continue to take our car to that dealership. I really liked how he had a rent a car already set up for m outstanding. He is the reason that we will continue to take our car to that dealership. Well where do I start. Everytime I called and asked about my car this guy never could give me a straight answer as to what was going on with my car. All I kept getting was well I don't know anything yet. After my car being in the shop for about 4 days I was tired of hearing that. My car had been in there for a total of 6 days because it was in there for two days the week before. It didn't matter how long it was gonna take, but my wife needed a car. We had asked for a rent-a-car, but they said that we couldn't get a car without a diagnosis. So everyday that he kept telling me I don't know anything was another day we went without the rent-a-car. We waited from Monday till Friday afternoon to get a rent-a-car. This was after I called up thursday evening 45 min before they closed and got a little pissed off and chewed them out. It should have never have gotten to that point. This is a dealership not some hole in the wall dealership. I had higher expectations on customer service taking my car to at dealership. Dave Martinez needs do work on his customer service skills. People don't want to be wasting time and money. Learn that his job is to make this as convenient as possible. No one wants to take there car in the shop for repairs. His title is a "SERVICE ADIVSOR". First word is service, Service to the "CUSTOMER" Dave. I hope you catch on quick. More
I really appreciate the way Mike accommodates our service needs. We purchased a new Ram diesel in 2009 and had it serviced at our local dealership. We were not satisfied with the way we were rudely treated a needs. We purchased a new Ram diesel in 2009 and had it serviced at our local dealership. We were not satisfied with the way we were rudely treated and the service manager not honoring their estimates. I've had my truck serviced at Madera since and have been very satisfied. In fact we were so satisfied with the great service it helped us to decide on our new car we purchased this year. We bought a new Dodge Durango and are very satisfied with it. Just had our first service completed on it a the Madera dealership. It is worth the drive out of town to have both our Dodges serviced in Madera. Keep up the good work! More

We have had our jeep serviced at the Madera Chrysler dealership ever since we purchased it in 1998 (formerly Pistoresi). Jim and Madera Dodge were very pleasant to deal with and were very up front with the pricing and all the details. It was worth the 45 minute drive to buy my truck here. UPDATE: A few days after I received my truck I noticed a problem with the vehicle. I delt with Amer and Jim in resolving the issue and they were very nice, understanding, and accomodating. The issue was resolved and I couldn't be happier with the customer service here. They have earned a customer for life in me and I will keep coming back (and send everyone I know in the market for a car here!). I think the true mark of a good business is how they treat their customers after the sale and they have proven themselves to be one of the best. More
