Service Dept. is outstanding. It was my first visit to this dealership and Dakota took care of my service. From the moment I walked in and was greeted, everything is outstanding. It was my first visit to this dealership and Dakota took care of my service. From the moment I walked in and was greeted, everything about it was outstanding. He answered questions that I had and kept me abreast of the progress. Very polite and attentive people. I used to go to the Libertyville dealership, but unfortunately they have nothing but attitude and you can’t even get a hello when you walk in the door. Keep up the good work at this location. I originally wrote a good review for Gillespie, but just found they added a $2,899 treatment to our purchase agreement that we did not know about and they didn't give us a copy of the alleged treatment with found they added a $2,899 treatment to our purchase agreement that we did not know about and they didn't give us a copy of the alleged treatment with my husbands forged signature on it. My husband did not sign the form. I would not recommend the Gillespie Ford. Very disappointed with this Gillespie Ford. More
