Am looking for a F-150, none I'm interested in where I live. Began internet shopping and found a 2020 F-150 I was very interested in at Gillespie Ford, three hours from me. Two separate salesmen refused to negotiate by phone, were rude and condensing. One sales person would not release factory invoice and stated would only deal if I came in. Another individual who knew nothing about me asked if I could come in for a test drive at 7:30 in the evening during a snow storm. Clearly Gillespie Ford does not communicate internally and will only deal with customers if they come into their dealership for their advantage. More

But, Noah was so friendly and openly apologetic that the Ford website was misleading and willing to show me what they currently had so I could have a comparison then, if I was still wanting a Bronco he would help me reserve one with the features I needed.
