Within just a few days a vehicle matching our exact specifications was located and being transferred to the dealership. What made the most impact on us was that since we live about 3 hours from the dealership, we were able to meet at a location just 45 min from our house to sign all paperwork and switch cars. Disappointed in customer service and delivery of a NEW car The NEW car purchased had a scratch on it at delivery and was delivered wet (they didn't even fully dry the car off). For anyone receiving a NEW car - it should have been show room ready. Poor communication with the person who sold us the car as well as top management. Amazing how they talk about good customer service. That was certainly NOT our experience. They admitted to dropping the ball and we are still not 100% satisfied. Guess that doesn't matter. All I can say is WOW.....Not all are treated equally. More
