I have neither been angry enough, or impressed enough with the service I’ve received in the past to warrant the time it takes to sit down and write a thoughtful review. That said, I realize that we live in a digital world. Online reviews are gaining influence with potential consumers. I would be doing a disservice to Gillespie Ford if I didn’t share my recent experience in purchasing a vehicle. From the moment I arrived on the lot and meet my salesman, Harry, he made a good impression on me. Harry was gracious, respectful, valued my time and was accommodating. Any salesman worth a grain of salt is going to make sure that his customers are taken care of; Harry did just that and more. He was credible, sincere, and there was no game playing. He wore a suit, had a strong handshake and looked me in the eye when talking to me. A true gentleman, and above all, professional. Thank you Harry! Jim, Manager – You kept your word, were flexible and willing to work with me. I know you can see the big picture and realize the customer is always the focus of that picture. Thank you Jim! Kyle, Customer Service - You’re smart enough to know that your greatest asset is your customers, without them, the business simply could not exist. You have the perfect personality for that position.
