Amazing buying experience! We came in on Saturday to buy for an Escape for my mom. We left with not one, but two Escapes... One for each of us! Chris E. was very attentive to my requests as I emailed him during the week to determine if you had anything within her range in stock (her 2009 Escape was totaled a few weeks ago.) Although mom has injuries from the crash, she was able to walk away from the vehicle under her own power thanks to the many safety features in the Escape, and we were impressed that the Sync immediately called 911 for her. There was no question of looking at any other makes when replacing the car. I told Chris what mom was looking for and said up front that we didn't want to waste anyone's time, including his. Chris found what mom was looking for and got her the price she wanted. Being so happy with the dependability of the Escape, and the great treatment from Chris, I decided to see if the timing was right to get an Escape of my own. Chris E. and Jim Lojas made that happen. :) My mom has always enjoyed dealing with Chris H. in the service department over the years.... We're so glad he is still there after the transition from Gurnee to Gillespie Ford! Aaron was very personable while setting up my first oil change as well.
