He and Jim sat down and negotiated with us, initially giving all incentives available to us. This included an additional dealer incentive on top of all other incentives. Dishonest service I took my car to this dealership for an oil change. I gave the service desk guy a The Works coupon for $35. When the service was completed I was giv I took my car to this dealership for an oil change. I gave the service desk guy a The Works coupon for $35. When the service was completed I was given a bill for $48.39 and was told that 8 quarts of oil were used, which I assume was why they charged more. This is in a car that has an oil capacity of 6 quarts. There was no indication of The Works coupon being honored on the invoice. I will not be taking my car to this dealership in the future. More
