Both salespeople were very low pressure and worked with use to get a good deal. The thing I like most about the dealership is that they are not looking to sell you more car than you want. Both Errol and Cecilio were willing find us the car we wanted at a price we could afford. I highly recommend them. More

I went in with a bottom line montly payment and a specific "Wish" list. Emphasising a "No Run Around Buying Experience." I told Mr. Ruiz that I wanted another Ford Focus. I was trading in a 2005 Focus and enjoyed it. I wanted Nav, Moon roof, 5 door, with BIG emphasis on "NO RED" color. We did a test drive on a very nice 2013 Focus that had all I wanted. It came in $22 a month more than I could afford. He gave me several other options and information to digest and I went home to consider the purchase. This was very impressive for me, because a few days earlier I was looking at another option at a Kia lot. The sales rep there was very annoying and made me feel I was doing him a favor than the other way around. I've never felt so pressured. He went so far as to the block the door upon my leaving saying, "What can we do to keep you from going to Ford?" and, "I'm not letting you leave till we've made a deal." He did everything a sales person can do to solidify most peoples stereo typed fear of the "Ugly Car Salesman". I get very Frustrated with that kind of attitude and desperation. Some dealerships forget about customer courtesy. Which, however, is not the case at Gurnee Ford. I was allowed to make a non pressured decision at my own pace. I felt I had choices and not forced into what I didn't want. It has been nearly 2 weeks and the only regret I have is not having more income to aquire a more expensive vehicle. But that was not to be. Mr. Ruiz offered several different choices for me to choose from. and when i came back the following day he had even better options for me. He even came in nearly $60 dollars under my stated monthly payment request. He made my car buying experience a good one. I will HIGHLY recomend this dealership as often as I can.
