No, I don't recall the names, however there was a young guy (early twenties maybe that smokes. You really should address this issue of him smoking in front, its not the 70's) a heavy set guy w/shaved head or balding (I actually liked this guy, but he was not really involved in the sales process) and a hispanic guy with a desk in the corner (my wife is Columbian so not a race issue). Also after speaking to another friend that had recently purchased an F-250 that is decked out, he also had the same very poor sales exp. with your location and purchased else where. His issue was very simular to mine, in the fact it seems no one wants to actually sell anything at your location. I am willing to bet you that I can walk around your lot for 10-30 minutes without any of your sales people getting up and coming outside, unless of course its to smoke. Then unless I walk up to them, they still won't do a damn thing. If it was me I would clean house and activly find replacements vs. waiting for applications to fill jobs. You should meet Joe and Mike at the Kenosha Ford as a prime example of how to do business and how to treat clients.
