The problem is with the info-entertainment system. The service department has replaced a speaker, placed a harness, and has now replaced the amplifier. By Texas law my car is a lemon. I have bee patient because Garrett Shultz has been very courteous, and professional and is as frustrated at this point as I am. I had a 2019 RDX that had a different problem with the info-entertainment system that the radio and navigation system would just stop working. I brought it I. Several times to get a hard reset of the system until I learned how to do it my self by watching a You Tube video. Acura keeps adding all the new bells and whistles but have not perfected the technology behind it. This is probably going to be my last Acura. I have been driving Hondas and Acuras since 1984.
