I really like the videos that are provided by the service technician. The service technician was very thorough in the video explaining all that he did to inspect my vehicle and what was good and what needed technician. Will I take my car in for crankshaft recalled repairs. I got the car back drove home, and the engine was knocking. I called the service department and I was told not to drive it. Have it tow to the dealer I got the car back drove home, and the engine was knocking. I called the service department and I was told not to drive it. Have it tow to the dealership, and I was told the timing tensioner,belts, waterpump, and drive belts need to be replaced. I didn't have any issues with those parts. But I did ok to go ahead and get all those changes. I got the car back, and it runs well. I hope they are honest with me. I bought my car from there, and hopefully looking for another car soon.
