Buyer beware! I just left the dealership feeling judged and lied to. I was brought to the dealership under false pretenses. I worked with the manager, Guillermo, d I just left the dealership feeling judged and lied to. I was brought to the dealership under false pretenses. I worked with the manager, Guillermo, directly regarding a deal as my credit is less than perfect. I explained I was flexible but wanted to know beforehand what I was approved for before making the very long drive to the dealership. I think that is a fair request. I live an hour away from the dealership and took a 50 dollar Uber ride to the dealership only to find out the car I was told I was approved for was not really the car I was approved for. I have a text confirmation from their finance department, Ida specifically sent me link to a vehicle she said I was approved for! Lies! Then Guillermo proceeds to belittle me for not wanting to purchase the car HE picked for me! The car he thinks I DESERVE given my credit. It was a horrible experience to say the least. If you have less than perfect credit, run far from this place as you will be made to feel less than. I arrived at the dealership with such high hopes and left crushed. It’s super frustrating and heartbreaking the extents dealerships will go just to make sale. Do better, Team Gillman! More
