I had my custom floor mats stolen during an oil change. I was ridiculed when I complained. No one not even the manager was willing to do anything about it. Falsely Advertised Price/typical bait and switch. Vehicle was clearly advertised online, multiple websites as $25,995. Upon arrival and negotiation, they had added $2200 for “market adjustment” and another $ was clearly advertised online, multiple websites as $25,995. Upon arrival and negotiation, they had added $2200 for “market adjustment” and another $2450 for tinted windows, nitrogen filled tires and fees. The car did not even have tinted windows nor nitrogen tires. This was a used vehicle btw. I had completed the online trade evaluation from their website. From there my trade in was evaluated between $8500-$9300. I did not tell them I had done the online evaluation. When the negotiations started they offered $3500 for my trade. What a joke. They stated they used JD Power trade valuations but yet the website uses KBB for your trade evaluation. What a scam. What I’m most upset about is the additional add on for “market adjustment” and additional $2450 In options the vehicle didn’t even have. Had the advertised the full price with their erroneous dealer adds and market adjustment, I never would have driven 45 minutes to even look at the vehicle. Do not WASTE your time with online advertised price because it’s falsely advertised much lower than what they are going to try actually sell it for. More

Classic bait and switch. Found a car online with a good price. Wasted time talking to the salesman. Agreed to work with them...he indicated he would send the invoice for my review. BUT, I expect people to be honest...not snakey. I wasted time contacting shipping companies ...but they wasted my time. I just don't deal with dishonest, snake oil salesmen like Gillman Nissan. Only my experience, but I wouldn't trust them. More

Gilman Finance Department told me it was required I purchase gap and extended warranty to get loan, I found out from finance company this was lie, went back and they had me sign new contract without th purchase gap and extended warranty to get loan, I found out from finance company this was lie, went back and they had me sign new contract without these added. Then they took 15 days to payoff my trade when they had got a ten day payoff the day I traded. So I received another bill on my trade in vehicle. When I called Gillman Finance about this, I was told that was not there problem and I would have to pay the fees for them sending the payoff late. Would not recommend dealing with them again. More

I recently took my Titan XD Diesel in for an oil change. About 600 miles later I noticed the Oil Filter was leaking while pulling a camper. To be safe they transported my truck to the shop for further inspection. Turns out the gasket was bad and leaking while under pressure. The issue was fixed along with a new oil change, new oil filter and cleaned inside and out. Mistakes happens and they took care of it! Thanks again guys! More
