My 2023 Cadillac CTS has been in your service department since Dec. 16, 2025. I really don't know what's wrong. I sent it in for a simple small oil leak. After that i brought it home and it started skip since Dec. 16, 2025. I really don't know what's wrong. I sent it in for a simple small oil leak. After that i brought it home and it started skipping and jerking. I had to take it back before i could get it home 3 times. It is still in the service dept., and I was told it would be ready in 7 to 10 days. That's been 10 days ago. PLEASE HELP. I never had any problems with my Cadillac and if the service dept can't figure it out. Please send it to a Cadillac dealership so I can take back possession of my car. More

Poor. Appointment made to drop your vehicle off but not diagnosed same day. Three (3) days later and car still not diagnosed/serviced until I threatened to pick it up. Only to be charged $200 for diagnostic but no regards for being inconvenienced without a car. More
