A loyal customer for years, retired and trusted Ginn with servicing my vehicles. The service manager had been being friendly/understanding. The check engine light came on and being my only means of transport servicing my vehicles. The service manager had been being friendly/understanding. The check engine light came on and being my only means of transportation, I was at the service department when it opened. It had already been serviced early this year replacing the gasket. I paid for a water pump that I don't know if I really needed, quoted that would owe $5124.16 to replace it and that might not be the problem. I had to ask her to check my extended warranty I had paid for. After checking it was now I only owed $400. In the end, at some point they discovered that the gasket had been improperly installed, put on backwards. So now, I owed $200. After calling to tell me, said they would order the part it should be there the next day and my truck would be ready that day, never heard back. After no communication from her, I called the next day. The service manager was out and I was told they would check the status for me. They could only tell me that the part was there and my particular service manager would get my message. It has been the worst experience I ever had at Ginn's Service Department. More
