What we needed In shopping for a bigger vehicle for our expanding family, I did a lot of the leg work online. When our busy family had a small window of time to compare a late model used vehicle to a new one, we showed up right at noon to take a look. We came from about 45 mins away, with a new born as well as a service issue on another GM purchased elsewhere. The service dept. accommodated us even though they were essentially closed up for the weekend. The fix was minor, but they helped, no questions asked, even thought you know they were looking to get home. Next we were helped by Chris, who also went out of his way to help us get through comparing the vehicles at our pace and without being intrusive to us and our decision making. At the end of the day, Chris even went above and beyond on his own time, to help to deliver the vehicle on our schedule as with a busy work schedule, 2 older kids and a baby, we are strapped for free time. I would absolutely recommend Gjovik and their team from what we've experienced so far. More

Dealership good, sales person mediocre, at best. I worked the potential deal out ahead of time before going to the dealership. The used (maybe go with pre-owned?) sales director, Joe, was great. The finance manager was awesome as well, respecting my request for no add-ons, etc. My only gripe is with the lady that showed me the car. Sorry, I can't remember her name, but I feel like she had never even read about a Volt before. She told me the electric range was 100+ miles and that the gas tank held 12 gallons. Both wildly off. Maybe she's new? But regardless, you can't be this wrong about major functions of a vehicle. Overall, I would reccomend the dealership because they respect your wishes and your time. They just really need to train their sales people better. Honestly not an uncommon issue that I've run into. More
