In view of all of the restrictions placed upon everyone due to the Covid Virus, the service provided by Matt and Laurie was especially exceptional. The vehicle my wife and I wanted was at another dealership in the vicinity. Due to the unique circumstances and limitations because of the virus, Matt went out of his way to get us our vehicle. To limit further delays, he actually went to the other dealership to pick up the vehicle. He spent considerable time reviewing the many features of the car with us and DID NOT make us feel rushed. This was definitely the best vehicle purchase experience we have ever had over the years. Would certainly recommend highly to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle that includes personable staff as well as excellent after sale service. More

Over charging for simple work. I recently took my 2013 F150 there because the check-engine light was on. They charged me over $100.00 to tell me that it was a sensor problem and wa I recently took my 2013 F150 there because the check-engine light was on. They charged me over $100.00 to tell me that it was a sensor problem and wanted $400.00 to fix the problem. I went to an auto parts dealer and they checked the computer for free and told me I needed a $50.00 sensor to fix the problem. I own a small business and I understand the need to make a profit but $500.00 is a little steep for me. I asked them to fix a flat and they indicated they would take care of it but they charged me for that also. They also gave me a report wanting to fix another $2000.00 dollars worth of problems. Every time I go to this dealer it costs me way more then I expect. More
