When he was't sure, he was honest and found someone who could give him the information. Neal Hood (finance) was helpful, explaining reasons for costs and additional warranties. It was a genuine, caring message to me to see how things were going with the car. Justin offered to be of help if I have any questions or need assistance with my Subaru. I have never forgotten Justin and never will. He really was so kind and patient during the buying process. George Shaffer, the business manager, explained all the paperwork clearly and made it easy to understand. The Manager, I think his name is Kevin, was also helpful on the lease elements.
