From the start, everyone, from the person who welcomed me at the door to a variety of those with whom I came in contact were friendly and accommodating. I didn't have the need to search further than Glanzmann. Corey Cassidy, the salesperson, explained the bells and whistles. When he was't sure, he was honest and found someone who could give him the information. Neal Hood (finance) was helpful, explaining reasons for costs and additional warranties. Rob, a manager, showed his interest in my getting what I wanted in the. car and the deal. I am in my Subaru Legacy and enjoy the comfort and the way it drives. More

He was checking in to see how things were going on the second anniversary of when I became the happy owner of my Subaru. It was not one of those perfunctory, business queries. It was a genuine, caring message to me to see how things were going with the car. Justin offered to be of help if I have any questions or need assistance with my Subaru. I have never forgotten Justin and never will. He really was so kind and patient during the buying process. I instantly felt so at ease with Justin and knew that his goal was to get me to understand what I was buying and to make sure that the car was exactly what I needed- making sure that it was going to be the right fit for me. Well, Justin found me the perfect match. I love my Subaru more and more each time I look at it, and each time I drive it. It is such a dream to drive--so smooth and so reliable. Salesman, David Schuster, was honest, knew the cars features very well, and responded quickly to my inquiries. George Shaffer, the business manager, explained all the paperwork clearly and made it easy to understand. The Manager, I think his name is Kevin, was also helpful on the lease elements. Several people I know also bought and had wonderful experience with Glanzmann. I was told their service is excellent as well. I would absolutely go there for my next car. More
