We took it back as I did not want the plate flopping around, it was a new car and should be perfect. My husband took it back with a scheduled appointment. They made him wait 2 hours and when he returned home, he realized it was not fixed, the mechanic rigged it to look ok, but it was not fixed. This required a second visit. My husband tried to tell the service writer how upset and annoyed he was by this issue. (It's small but where else do the mechanics cut corners?), the service writer did not acknowledge his complaint or even apologize. This makes me very suspicious of their ethics. More

Caring, honest and straightforward experience We were searching the internet for a new car and saw that your dealership had good reviews so when we found a car in your preowned inventory we though We were searching the internet for a new car and saw that your dealership had good reviews so when we found a car in your preowned inventory we thought it would be worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to take a look at it. When we got there we were greeted by Alex Diaczenko who could not have been more kind. He was able to tell us everything about the vehicle, took us on a test drive and accommodated all of our requests during the drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about all details of the car and the sale and answered all of questions with patience and respect. He made us feel very comfortable and made sure we were his top priority during the time we spent with him. He even took the car out and had it washed so we could inspect the exterior properly. He was the ultimate professional in handling every aspect of the transaction. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and requested that Alex be the one to be there for us on the day of pickup. Every thing we had asked that he look into and have done for us was taken care of on that day of purchase. He is, in our opinion, a huge asset to your dealership. No Pressure, Transparency, and Value I recently totaled my car in a bad accident. That left me scrambling to do research on vehicles, brands, and dealers in a very short period of time. Everyone always hears about the safety and design of Subaru's cars. So, I included them in my limited search. I knew I wanted a small SUV or a cross-over vehicle/wagon that would provide me enough space for camping gear without sacrificing too much on mpg performance. My father had recently purchased a Subaru form Glanzmann and a close family friend has sworn by the brand and the dealer for years. While my list of potential vehicles was small to begin with - Outback, Forest, Rav 4, CR-V, the Rav 4 was a distant 4th to start off with. So, I really wanted to just test drive the Subaru ones and then the Honda. Well, I showed up for my appointment at Glanzmann and the experience was great. The salesman was no pressure. Understod what I was looking for, arranged to have me test drive both the Forester and Outback and when it came down to it, actually advised me to go with the cheaper of the 2 options I was looking at (like 4k cheaper) - b/c of how I reacted in the one care. Talk about no pressure. While they would not negotiate on the price (and I never understand how car calculations work, especially used ones) they were kind enough to drop 33% off the extended warranty coverage. The whole time, the entire team was professional, honest, transparent, and no pressure. Honestly the only thing I can knock them for is the showroom isn't setup for waiting when you first arrive and there was no one at the front desk the first time. And while I've never been a fan of the open desks at a car dealer - that's the same anywhere you go. Overall, a great experience and hopefully the start of a good, lengthy ownership More

They were very accommodating. We dealt with Alex. He was forthcoming with information and did not pressure us in any way. We drove back another day to finalize the deal. They were so gracious to get us the time slot we needed last minute to finish our transaction. My husband and I were astounded that such a dealership existed in today’s world. Unless I wanted to buy new from a different brand, I would hands down go back to them for every car we needed. I cannot emphasize enough how easy and relaxed this experience was. Best. Car. Outstanding Sales Support and Competitive Pricing I started car shoping in July researching online to pick the best car for my needs. For me it was a grueling process because I hadn't purchase a new c I started car shoping in July researching online to pick the best car for my needs. For me it was a grueling process because I hadn't purchase a new car alone before and my last car purchase was back in 2002. So I began my research on so many makes and models. I drove to many different manufacturers' dealerships throughout this area and also in the city of Houston Texas where I spent a few months over the holidays. I was aware that my insurance rates were going to go up and having spoken to my insurance company they pointed out that certain features on a car could give me a lower rate. That led me to IIHS online to determined a cars safety rating . Once I went to that website I started to narrow my search down because there were only a few cars that had an excellent crash test ratings but even less had good headlight ratings . Being a senior I determined that having good headlight ratings was important to me so I began test driving cars to compare cars with acceptable ratings and cars with good ratings. I wanted an SUV that had excellent crash test ratings and good headlight ratings with AWD outstanding safety features and a higher ground clearance ! I found all of these features in the Subaru Outback . If anyone asks me about my car buying experience I would say ,"Of all the Subaru dealers in the area, Glatzman Subaru ranks number 1 for outstanding customer service and competitive prices! The reason for my review is simply to acknowledge the outstanding commitment to service and attention to detail provided by Rob Shintaku, the sales manager that I worked with and Andrew and Becky two of his sales associates on his team. The professional courtesy , valuable information and unconditional support I received from each of them is the reason I decided to write this review. I wanted to give a recommendation online acknowledging Glatzman Subaru to everyone embarking on a car shopping expedition. The level of integrity working with Rob is the highest I could have hoped for and I would say he even surpassed it. I have complete respect and confidence in my car shopping abilities thanks to them. Rob is extremely articulate in his communications and well informed about his cars and sincere in providing customer service! There are no high pressuring sales tactics underlying the experience. It is a very relaxed and professional atmosphere to shop for your next car. This is my first Subaru and I have complete confidence in this vehicle, the sales staff and the service staff. More

Eric was great and kept me posted along the way. I was able to work remotely from the waiting area because they had strong internet access and work stations, so I didn't have to take time off work for this appointment. Service issue was completed and they even sent my car through the car wash. The service department seems like a well-oiled machine and I was extremely happy with my experience. More
