He was checking in to see how things were going on the second anniversary of when I became the happy owner of my Subaru. It was not one of those perfunctory, business queries. It was a genuine, caring message to me to see how things were going with the car. Justin offered to be of help if I have any questions or need assistance with my Subaru. I have never forgotten Justin and never will. He really was so kind and patient during the buying process. I instantly felt so at ease with Justin and knew that his goal was to get me to understand what I was buying and to make sure that the car was exactly what I needed- making sure that it was going to be the right fit for me. I didn't have the need to search further than Glanzmann. Corey Cassidy, the salesperson, explained the bells and whistles. When he was't sure, he was honest and found someone who could give him the information. Neal Hood (finance) was helpful, explaining reasons for costs and additional warranties. Rob, a manager, showed his interest in my getting what I wanted in the. car and the deal. I am in my Subaru Legacy and enjoy the comfort and the way it drives. More

2018 Crosstrek lease - great experience I just leased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from Glanzmann Subaru. I shopped at half a dozen dealers and Glanzmann was by far the best. George Shaffer, the business manager, explained all the paperwork clearly and made it easy to understand. The Manager, I think his name is Kevin, was also helpful on the lease elements. Several people I know also bought and had wonderful experience with Glanzmann. I was told their service is excellent as well. I would absolutely go there for my next car. More

He was very knowledgeable about the cars, and funny, but he also was a good listener. He heard what we were looking for and helped us get it, without any overly aggressive sales pitches for what we didn't want. We love our new car, but we also found the whole car-buying experience at Glanzmann surprisingly easy and enjoyable. Wonderful Experience Recently, my husband and I went car shopping with plans to visit quite a few dealers but no intent to purchase this particular day. Well we went to Suburu as our third stop and went no further! A nice young lady greeted us and then Dave Schuster our salesman took over. He was wonderful to work with, not pushy at all(I would have left if he was) and super informative. He gave us detailed information on all the models that we were interested in and then let me test drive. Well that was it, once I drove the Outback I was sold. So we ended up purchasing that day with ease. George went over the financial portion with us and he was a delight to deal with as well. This is my first, but not my last Suburu! Bought 2018 Outback Recently purchased 2018 Outback with V6 package.
