Great place to do business New to the car buying experience, I wasn't sure what to expect. Was looking for a CPO and wanted to understand the pros/cons better. Steve made the experience low pressure and the structure of the sale very clear. I live in CC Phila and I didn't have a ride to finalize the paperwork and pickup the vehicle. So I just settled myself in one of the comfortable chairs near the TV and sat back with the complimentary snacks and hot chocolate. Jonathan was very polite. He asked me respectfully how I would like to be addressed (by my last name or first name). He texted me during the wait to see if I needed anything. The service was done in just over an hour, including the complimentary wash. I love this place and am really grateful for the expert service. More
