Outstanding Sales Support and Competitive Pricing I started car shoping in July researching online to pick the best car for my needs. For me it was a grueling process because I hadn't purchase a new c I started car shoping in July researching online to pick the best car for my needs. For me it was a grueling process because I hadn't purchase a new car alone before and my last car purchase was back in 2002. So I began my research on so many makes and models. I drove to many different manufacturers' dealerships throughout this area and also in the city of Houston Texas where I spent a few months over the holidays. I was aware that my insurance rates were going to go up and having spoken to my insurance company they pointed out that certain features on a car could give me a lower rate. That led me to IIHS online to determined a cars safety rating . Once I went to that website I started to narrow my search down because there were only a few cars that had an excellent crash test ratings but even less had good headlight ratings . Being a senior I determined that having good headlight ratings was important to me so I began test driving cars to compare cars with acceptable ratings and cars with good ratings. I wanted an SUV that had excellent crash test ratings and good headlight ratings with AWD outstanding safety features and a higher ground clearance ! I found all of these features in the Subaru Outback . If anyone asks me about my car buying experience I would say ,"Of all the Subaru dealers in the area, Glatzman Subaru ranks number 1 for outstanding customer service and competitive prices! The reason for my review is simply to acknowledge the outstanding commitment to service and attention to detail provided by Rob Shintaku, the sales manager that I worked with and Andrew and Becky two of his sales associates on his team. The professional courtesy , valuable information and unconditional support I received from each of them is the reason I decided to write this review. I wanted to give a recommendation online acknowledging Glatzman Subaru to everyone embarking on a car shopping expedition. The level of integrity working with Rob is the highest I could have hoped for and I would say he even surpassed it. I have complete respect and confidence in my car shopping abilities thanks to them. Rob is extremely articulate in his communications and well informed about his cars and sincere in providing customer service! There are no high pressuring sales tactics underlying the experience. It is a very relaxed and professional atmosphere to shop for your next car. This is my first Subaru and I have complete confidence in this vehicle, the sales staff and the service staff. More

Great service experience While not my regular mechanic due to distance from my home, I took my car in for a recall issue. Scheduling the service on line was easy. Eric was great and kept me posted along the way. I was able to work remotely from the waiting area because they had strong internet access and work stations, so I didn't have to take time off work for this appointment. Service issue was completed and they even sent my car through the car wash. The service department seems like a well-oiled machine and I was extremely happy with my experience. More

Excellent experience for me When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Eric Wilson. He explained how the process works for repair. He showed us to a very pleasant waiting room that was stocked with many drinks and snacks for my wait. He kept me apprised of my car status. My problem was resolved.
