This is my fourth Subaru, my third through Glanzmann, so I know this process quite well and usually know exactly what I want. Once again, it was a terrific experience every step of the way, starting with my sales consultant, Vince Hendri. Polite, low key, attentive, zero pressure, exceptionally thorough - very professional in every way. He worked with me to help me meet my needs with regards to lease terms and monthly payment, explained every aspect of my deal and every cost involved, negotiated fairly and honestly. Like my past two purchases, it was pleasant and uneventful - no drama or tension or stress. I've had nothing but positive experiences at Glanzmann which is why I always take my cars there for service, even for inspections. You can tell this is a well run company - friendly, helpful employees in every department and concerned, smart owners. I expect there will be a fifth Subaru in my future. More

Excellent Service I brought my car in Saturday morning without an appointment. My left rear tire had two broken lug nuts and was told that my car was not safe to driv I brought my car in Saturday morning without an appointment. My left rear tire had two broken lug nuts and was told that my car was not safe to drive. Eric Wilson was my service person and he took one look at my tire and he agreed. He told me that he would get it fixed for me as long as I didn't mind a wait. Eric came out a little while later and told me that it was being fixed and he wanted to let me know that I needed some work on my rear brakes and pads. I had been told about that at my last service visit. I was happy that I could get that taken care of at the same time. Eric was very helpful and professional. I was also very happy to see that Dan Geist has returned as service manager. I bought my 2005 Legacy at Glanzmann and Dan has been there for almost all of my service visits. Always very happy with Glanzmann Subaru. More

Both times I was helped by Doug Fisher and he was very nice to deal with; answering any questions that I had and never pushy on the sale. I appreciate being allowed to take the car to my mechanic to check, which he told me to ask the dealer to fix the scuff marks that were on the bumper or they would be worse over time. The dealer had no problem doing so, making the bumper look as good as new. They have a continuing customer in me and my wife and I would recommend to others. More

Simply Stated: It could not have been better My wife and I though we wanted a pre-owned Subaru Forester. We stopped at Glanzmann to look around and determine the model and years that would satisf My wife and I though we wanted a pre-owned Subaru Forester. We stopped at Glanzmann to look around and determine the model and years that would satisfy us. We certainly did not expect to find or buy a can that day. Rebecca proved to be patient with us, concerned about our wants, she listened intently, she helped us focus - and most amazingly she found one vehicle in their limited inventory that proved to be exactly what my wife was comfortable with. Even more amazingly the mileage was very, very low for a used, absolutely pristine Forester. Both she and George worked patiently with us as we struggled with decisions about additional protections - but in the end, we felt like we had joined a community of Subaru owners with a Dealership that seemed to be everything we expected... maybe more.
