Great Customer Service Start to Finish We thought our Subaru would need new brakes. Eric Wilson arranged to have the service technician check the brakes right away. Less than an hour later, Eric phoned with the great news that we did not need brakes at all. He did identify a couple of minor things to take care of right away, and was very clear in identifying exactly what component had been identified, and exactly how much the service would cost. Eric answered every question patiently and thoroughly. Eric then gave a projection of maintenance that will be due in the coming months, so that we can plan ahead. But nothing major right now. Eric kept us informed at every step of this service day, including a call in late morning to notify me that the car was ready to pick up. I have confidence in Eric's advice. I can also confidently recommend the service team at Glanzmann, under the management of Stephanie Morales and Dan Geist. More

Standard inspection Had my car in for its annual inspection today (2/5/18). While they were running the inspection tests, some other minor issues were noticed, including Had my car in for its annual inspection today (2/5/18). While they were running the inspection tests, some other minor issues were noticed, including a rear tire that was slowly leaking and had caused the tire pressure monitor to come on. The tire pressure sensor has malfunctioned previously so I assumed it was acting wonky again but this time it turned out to be something more serious. Eric Wilson was my service rep today so he had the tedious task of calling me three times to tell me the various items that needed attention and to tell me my options and reasons for what they thought should be done to fix each item. He was exceedingly polite, helpful and thorough from the time of my arrival and check-in right through to processing and explaining in detail the final bill. This is the third Subaru I've had serviced at Glanzmann, my second new car from them. My lease is up at the end of 2018 and I will most likely get another vehicle from them. More

Today he was able to find what I was looking for at the price I wanted ahead of time and had everything set up for a smooth transaction. In the past, when I made an appointment to test drive, the car was ready to go and there was plenty of time to go over everything without pressure. All around the best car salesman I've worked with. Neal Hood made completing the financial paperwork and contracts a breeze. No pressure to pay extra for things I didn't need and everything was fully explained. Would definitely buy from Glanzmann again, and would recommend them to anyone I know. More
