Went to the dealership looking for a new Out Back.first off they have some kind system with the Salesman are in line to take customers the Salesman t Went to the dealership looking for a new Out Back.first off they have some kind system with the Salesman are in line to take customers the Salesman that greeted me must have cut in line in front of another Guy cause him and the other guy had some words and I was handed off to the second salesman so the visit started off with a kind of tension the we picked out a vehicle and trim level I was interested in then he couldn't find the vehicle he tracked it down then we went on a test drive I had some tech questions and what was and wasn't available on different trims my guy's product knowledge was a joke we got back to the dealership they were looking at my trade and came up with a crazy number that wasn't even close to my research which I understand because everyone thinks their car is worth a fortune but 5,000 dollars off of Edmonds trade in market place..I balked at the number and was practically told I was an idiot... I don't know what the value of my trade is and my car was looked at by people who do this for a living by this time all I wanted to do was get out of there they presented me with numbers I said I would think about it then another set I said the same thing then a manager came in and pressured me then my Car keys had to be found and the manager wanted to look at the trade again and Blah blah blah the Bottom line is in the hour and a half of my life I will never get back I experienced two salesman fight a test drive where the "PRODUCT SPECIALIST" knew nothing about the car they tried to stick me for my trade and insulted me cause I'm not an expert in the process of trade value and tried to bull doze me in the end...needless to say I bought at another dealership and anyone reading this review should also. More

It took me three visits to get the fading headlights and oxidized headlight covers replaced on my Subaru Impreza - Visit 1 was scheduled for a Saturday and I was told after I arrived that the work could not be done that day. Visit 2 I was informed that the wrong assemblies had been ordered. So when I arrived for what I intended to be my last try at this with Glanzmann and was told that the estimate I had been given was off (low) by several hundred dollars, I was not a happy customer. Jonathan handled the visit and could not have been more professional and helpful. Nor could he have done more to make things right for me. It was a very busy day there, and he kept me informed frequently of the status of the job. He was honest and forthright about everything from timing to the estimate issue. He also made an extraordinary effort to reconcile the actual cost with the estimate I had been given. Others in the waiting area saw and heard his conversations with me and were equally impressed with him. I left feeling much better about Glanzmann service - more like "old times" there - and hoping that I would be lucky enough to draw Jonathan for any future visits. He is efficient and a "worker" and his client management and human relations skills are top-notch. He is an asset to Glanzmann and I know all those who overheard our conversations and saw his efforts to make things right agree with me. Thank you, again, Jonathan. M.T. Ryan More
Great Exoerience! So, battery died on our 2015 Outback. Once we got it jumped, I needed a complete check on the battery and alternator. Went over to Express service and Sam took me right away. Checkup took about fiftenn minutes and I was on my way. Don't waste you time - go to Glanzmann Subaru Dear Mr. Glanzmann, We, Alex and Marina Vishnevsky, would like to share with you our great experience with Glanzmann Subaru in Jenkintown. We live a Dear Mr. Glanzmann, We, Alex and Marina Vishnevsky, would like to share with you our great experience with Glanzmann Subaru in Jenkintown. We live almost across the street from the dealership. In 1998 we decided to lease our first Subaru and, of course, we visited your dealership first. However, it was not a very pleasant experience because people there were not friendly to us, and we had to find another dealership. When our lease had expired, we came again to your dealership. Unfortunately, after 3 years, the story repeated again. Since we are fans of Subaru, we have a new lease every 3 years. Before 2014, we got three Foresters and one Outback. In 2014, we had to lease a new car and we decided to try your dealership one more time. We were really surprised! The entire atmosphere there was completely different: sales consultants were friendly and knowledgeable. We remember that in the middle of our conversation with a consultant, Robe Shintaku (sales manager) came to us. He asked a few questions about the options we would like to have in our new lease, and then he went to check out our car. In 15-20 minutes, he came back with an excellent offer. We could not believe this is the same place: this team completely changed the business for better. We remember final part of our business – it was a very pleasant meeting with Gary Segal. Three years passed quickly. Several weeks ago, without any scheduled appointment, we came to Glanzmann Subaru again to get our Subaru #6! Our sales consultant was a very nice young man Scott Fields. We began our conversation and suddenly we saw Rob Shintaku. He came to us and after a short pause, he said, “Are you Vishnevsky? Sorry, I don’t remember your first names”. We were completely shocked – after three years, he remembered our last name. It is impossible, especially with the last name like “Vishnevsky”. All procedure took no more than 20 minutes: we got an excellent deal; by our request, Rob promised to add several features to our new Outback. In a week we got a beautiful Subaru #6! Dear Mr. Glanzmann, we would like to thank you and your fantastic team for an excellent service and understanding of client’s needs, being professional and courteous and willing to satisfy a client.
