They ran into an unfortunate circumstance with the vehicle (no fault of the dealership, Subaru or my parents in law) that caused them to need the car replaced. Mark Glanzmann stepped right in personally and went out of his way to take care of everything for them like they were his own parents. He literally went out to their house with Phil and reviewed the new car in detail, did all the paperwork, took care of extra services, etc. Over the top superior service in a sad situation. If you want to buy a Subaru I cannot stress enough that you should buy it at Glanzmann. They are a class act and I was unbelievably impressed. More
Surprise Express experience! I had scheduled an appt for service, planned to get there very early and take the train to work...when I got there they told me I didn't have that muc I had scheduled an appt for service, planned to get there very early and take the train to work...when I got there they told me I didn't have that much that needed to be done and how about trying out the Express Service -- no train, my own car back in less than 40 minutes...excellent coffee. Glanzmann Deal/Team Was Best I worked with five dealerships in the past month (in PA and NJ). The deal that Glanzmann (Rob S. and Mark H.) offered on my three trades and three ne I worked with five dealerships in the past month (in PA and NJ). The deal that Glanzmann (Rob S. and Mark H.) offered on my three trades and three new Subarus was significantly better than what the other dealerships offered. Rob S. really made the deal work. Mark H., Casey F. in Finance, and their Service Department had the new cars ready in no time. All in one short visit. It was great to work with such a professional and efficient team, and definitely worth the drive from NJ. More

1 year old Impreza brought my wife's car, an Impreza in for PA annual inspection on Saturday 9/23/2017. appointment was previously set up with adviser Eric Wilson. arr brought my wife's car, an Impreza in for PA annual inspection on Saturday 9/23/2017. appointment was previously set up with adviser Eric Wilson. arrived, meet Eric Wilson, who did the paperwork, answered any questions I had concerning the car, services, and the time when it would be completed. He appears to enjoy dealing with the customers, and is efficient. Only issue was, the Broadway automatic car system was down.Which he quickly contacted the service company. He even took the time to explain what they believe what was wrong with the arm mechanism. He went above in my opinion. More
