John was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. He answered my many, many questions and was an excellent communicator. When I inquired about how to get sunscreen out of my leather seats he said he'd look into it. I was delighted to learn that he found the answer and was able to have my car cleaned and it looked brand new once again! I highly recommend Subaru service department. (As well as Sales where I have had an excellent experiences over the years purchasing my car! It's my third Subaru!) More

Great service, and the coffee is good, too! My Subaru has not needed anything but routine check-ups. So I haven't had to go to the service center that often, but each trip there has been a pleasant experience. The waiting area is comfortable with plenty of coffee and snacks. The employees are really courteous and knowledgeable. Today there were two nice young men who took care of my car: Samuel Simkins and Eric Wilson. They both explained things clearly and were very respectful. I'll look forward to my next appointment with the Glanzmann service center. Thank you so much! More
