Best Service Ever!!! My son's Forester was serviced recently at Glanzmann. The compressor on the air conditioner had mechanically failed for the second time. Very frustrating situation, but Jesse Brodman was great in taking care of the problem ( and me ). Jesse had the car taken right in and worked on. He explained, in detail, what was the cause of the compressor going bad and answered all of my questions and concerns. The replacement compressor was covered under warranty and, only 2 hrs. later, I was on my way home with a fixed A/C. Could not have been happier. Service was quick and friendly. My son' s reaction...thrilled. Where does he live? Pittsburgh. Yeah, that's right. When it comes to getting quality service work done correctly, he definitely feels it is worth the 5 hr drive. Work that he has had done elsewhere just doesn't hold up. Thanks to both Jesse and Glanzmann for a great experience!!! More

Nicolas Giorgione our salesperson was very professional and went the extra mile in many ways and found me the white Forrester I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble for Nicolas. He was top notch and knew the product inside and out and demonstrated and set up our phones to the car and explained all the functions and how things worked. Neal Hood in Finance was excellent and processed our papers with accuracy without a hitch. The service department personnel was very helpful in explaining the engine components to my husband; assuring us that this is a quality built vehicle I will be recommending Glanzmann to all my friend. I was waited on very quickly, even though the service department seemed very busy that morning. I used a Glanzmann Subaru coupon to get a $10 discount on the oil change and tire rotation combo. Eric, the service advisor. was excellent in generating the paperwork for the service my automobile required. Since my cell phone number was already in the computer, I was able to go to breakfast, and if my car was finished before I got back, I could receive a call. I've been a Glanzmann Subaru customer for over 20 years, and they seem to get better every year. Checkout was no problem, because the service advisors do that part of the work also. More

I always understood the in- between also & in any business their will never be 100 % on either end. As customers we need to show appreciation as well. But! I've been a customer of Glanzmann for about 6 years * going on 7 years. In this time frame I have purchased 3 new Subaru's. I never had an issue on the purchase or a service problem. I have nothing but a superior rating with the sales department & service department!! My vehicle was serviced today & had a pleasant experience, thanks Jesse Bradman & all the staff.!! why do i wait so long ???? this review is for the service department. I never bought a car here, so I can't comment on sales. I take my '13 Subaru crosstrex here because I can't find and don't trust to many private mechanics. I caught one in a lie and decided it's best to go to the dealership. so, all the service personnel are polite. that helps. I like to know why I'm waiting over 3 hours every time I need service, beyond an oil change. (I've all my receipts with the times on them ) I always make an appointment in advance, too. it is nice that you have water, coffee, and snacks, but I think that is a little to long to wait for my car. so, I just like to throw that out there and see if anything happens. enjoy the holiday season. jeff wallen More

We have all services performed by t My wife and I both drive Subaru's. Hers is a 2010 Impreza and mine is a 2007 Legacy both purchased from Glanzmann. We have all services performed by them since we bought the Legacy in 10/06. Glanzmann has continued to take care of our cars and us at a level I had not previously previously experienced in over 50 years of driving. This kind of excellent care in today's world is hard to come by, in my opinion. Additionally, the salesman who sold us our first car is still at Glanzmann and I hope Mark will handle the transaction for our 2017 Impreza when we buy it next year. Although a few service staff have moved on in the years we've been associated with Subaru and there is a new manager for the service department, they continue to provide great customer service. They appear to be busier than ever and the new service digs coming soon will be much welcomed. With fewer independent service centers avaliable I'm glad I bought 2 Subaru's and will continue to take my Subaru's to Glanzmann. More
