Excellent service I have been a Glanzmann customer for 14 years. They have taken care of my 12 year old car with 150,000 miles on it and never pressured me to give it I have been a Glanzmann customer for 14 years. Once, when I stopped by complaining of a strange smell coming from my engine they took my car back immediately to fix the problem. They really know how to take care of the customer. Transmission fluid recall I was disappointed when I arrived at service desk to be told that check of transmission fluid would take close to 2 hours, when Subaru notification ha I was disappointed when I arrived at service desk to be told that check of transmission fluid would take close to 2 hours, when Subaru notification had stated 45 minutes and I reaffirmed when making the appointment that I would be waiting for the car in that event. However, Eric Wilson came through and got me out in 40 minutes, which I very much appreciated. Everyone was courteous and solicitous. More

OIL CHANGE AND INSPECTION I've been bringing my car to Glanzmann to be serviced for the past three years and the employers are always pleasant. Today I had an oil change and inspection which went rather fast. Stephanie was very helpful as my customer service rep. and kept me abreast of everything involving my vehicle. I would love to give a five star rating but you don't give a free complimentary car wash with a service visit. :) More
