When I pointed out that my severe arthritis makes it difficult for me to remove the leaves that build up under the windshield he saw to it that it was all cleaned for me. It may not sound like much but it meant a lot to me! I continue to be impressed with the service that Glanzmann provides, and look forward to dealing with them in the future. More
