Took my car in for service and was very happy with my dealer I had a funny sound coming from the car and made an appointment - for the next day. Wonderful I bought a 2014 Forester in the summer of 2013 and it was a great experience. I had my 2002 Forester in for service and the bill came to over $500. I remarked, "Oh, I should just buy a new car" and was told if I bought a new car within two weeks they would give me my $500 back. Then they introduced me to Laura Todaro and the entire experience was great. She is a delightful person and was so patient with me. I wanted a silver Forester with gray interior and they found one for me within a week and I got a great deal on the car. My brother usually negotiates for me when I buy a car and when I told him the deal I got he said he couldn't have done better. I've also used the service department since 2002 and am very happy with everyone there, especially Dan. More
