Dealing with Glanzmann has been painful. I brought the car in for recall work. I was told it would take 3 hours. When the car was actually ready 8 hours later I got in to see that they had put the cente car in for recall work. I was told it would take 3 hours. When the car was actually ready 8 hours later I got in to see that they had put the center console back together with a phone charger cable trapped inside. When I went back in I was told the technician had left and I would have to bring it back another day to be fixed. The same day I ordered a new key to be cut and programmed. When the key was ready my wife brought the car in for programming only to be told they had cut the key incorrectly and had to order another. As she was driving away a light on the dashboard was on so she had to return to the dealer. Seems they had turned on a 'teaching tool' and forgot to turn it off. Long story short, it has been a comedy of errors and over a month later I still don't have the new key because I can't work out a time to get it programmed when their parts department is open but not booked solid. Very frustrated for what should be a simple and straightforward process. More

Excellent Customer Service I recently bought my 2nd Suburu from this dealer.
