Our initial thought was to purchase a used vehicle, so on our first visit to Glanzmann, we t We recently purchased a new 2019 Forester from Glanzmann. Our initial thought was to purchase a used vehicle, so on our first visit to Glanzmann, we test drove several used cars. We weren't thrilled with the salesperson and it seemed like we were more of a hassle than potential customers. Admittedly, we were there for a couple of hours, our kids were eager to be finished (though loved riding in the different cars), and we were clear that we were unlikely to purchase anything that first visit. After the first visit, we decided to look at new vehicles and went back with the plan to drive a new Forester. I had wanted to drive off the lot that day with a new car, but we were unable to get the model and trim level I preferred. This visit led us to Scott Fields, who we connected with immediately and truly made the test drives an enjoyable experience. From his clever musical choices playing when opening the doors for the first time, to the casual conversation during the test drives and while sifting through the required searching for vehicles and sorting paperwork, Scott was fantastic. We had the advantage of a discounted non-negotiable price for the car that we were happy with going into this, so we didn't have to deal with any tough negotiating. I am sure that made things a little more pleasant. The end of the process was also reasonably painless, once we worked out some of the finer details for the financing. I would recommend Glanzmann, and particularly Scott Fields, to anyone looking for a Subaru. More

We discussed why I was and I was told my car would be ready in about 3 1/2 - 4 hours. The car was ready about 30 minuets earlier than expect. After paying the bill I drove 1 mile, New there was something wrong and returned to the dealer. I spent another 2 hours waiting for my. I was then told they needed to keep the car over night. I was given a loaner and 2 days later I returned to get my car. I had a timing belt service. They removed the new belt and assembly and replaced with anew belt and assembly. The car continues to make a noise they assured me that Subaru has told them woul go away after 1500 miles of break in. We shall see!! Ray was very apologetic and very nice. That’s why I gave the dealership a Good rating if the dealership would have offered me a free service of some kind to compensate for my time I would have given them an excellent rating. I spend a total of 7 hours at the dealership and an additional 1 hour of travel time. Rays previous experience as an auto mechanic was very helpful in diagnosing and communicating with the techs. More

Sam our service advisor, without fail whenever we come in is nice, helpful and and goes above and beyond. I would recommend Glanzmann because we always feel like they care about the outcome of our service and of course, the kindness they show us. More

Let’s start with the good end with the bad Explained situation to my wife she pressed me to write a review. Came in very late one afternoon no appointment was immediately greeted by Allison. Service department busy yet she took the time to listen to my concerns. I explained to her I need state inspection and some other services done. She quickly grabbed another adviser asking if this could get done. That adviser CHris, stopped what he was doing and tried calling I sssume his technicians. During this time I told her I was really sorry for coming in so late, if anything I just wanted an oil change and my tires checked at this point. She said so we don’t waste any more time express has no wait, let me see if in the mean time we can do the basic service for you until we get an answer about state inspection. I was walked by Allison to express desk where the adviser there had a very bad attitude. He cut her off and said “yea I over heard he is here for state inspection” he was giving her a really bad look and I felt as though he did not want to help me. Thankfully Chris yelled over at the same time “we can do it for you”. Chris and Allison were wonderful, I can not stress enough. I was able to get the name of the express adviser and I just want to say he was far from friendly and I felt very bad for Allison she was just trying to help. Will come back for further services but I will not use express. Anyone who treats a fellow employee like that , I can only imagine how they treat their customers. More
