We still come to Glanzmann for service based on the excellent car care, our trust in the competence of the service dept. and the fact that they are extremely accomodating, always fitting us in and adjusting the schedule to meet our needs. For he last 2-3 appointments, George was our representative and he has been great, very responsive, on target relative to timelines and always willing to answer all my extra questions. I would be pleased to have George as my Glanzmann service contact ongoing. In addition, I have had several interactions with Nick by phone and he has always been most flexible with appointment scheduling. More
