Service I arrived at Glanzmann at 11:45 am today for a set of windshield wipers. Tyler greeted me in the bay and I was on my way by 12:00pm. chris is the service dept is the best! I brought my 2013 Forester in yesterday for airbag replacement and inspection. I was a bit nervous about getting a loaner car and concerned about when I brought my 2013 Forester in yesterday for airbag replacement and inspection. I was a bit nervous about getting a loaner car and concerned about when my car would be finished I dealt with Chris, who was so helpful and courteous. He explained everything to me and assured me they would do their best to get my car ready late that day.He called me later to discuss a few issues that were discovered during the inspection, and explained my options. He called again later to inform me that all the work, including the air bag replacement, had been completed and my car was ready to go. when I picked it up, he went over everything again in a friendly, pleasant manner. They both had smiles on their faces when they noticed I arrived and greeted me warmly, ready to assist. One small hiccup was a mixup in the loan rate offered to me. It was raised to higher than originally offered very slightly. This was resolved luckily but wanted to mention this in case others have experienced the same thing. Would absolutely go back and refer to others. Thanks for everything! More
A second experience that was as great as the first I purchased a Subaru Outback from Glanzmann in 2013. When I learned of all the new safety technology, it seemed like a good idea to trade up. Since I purchased a Subaru Outback from Glanzmann in 2013. When I learned of all the new safety technology, it seemed like a good idea to trade up. Since my 2013 experience was excellent, it also seemed like a good idea to return to Glanzmann. My Sales Consultant, Rebecca Geiser, was a terrific fit for me. She was very proficient with the technology and explained it to me in layman's terms. Being a very petite person, Rebecca recognized that I might need some help, made sure that the seat and mirror settings would give me maximum visibility. Likewise, John Biehl carefully reviewed each disclosure document and term sheet. The pricing offer was very favorable and fair, as was the trade in amount that was offered for the 2013 Subaru. John was very pleasant to work with and thoroughly answered all of my questions. At no time did I ever feel pressured. That same day, the Takata airbag on the 2013 was replaced. Sam Simpkins supervise that work and coordinated very well with his sales colleagues. .All in all it was a fine team effort. Thanks! Betsy Bayardi More

We have found them reliable, professional, and knowledgable. When we bought the car we lived anout a mile from the dealership but moved to center city Philadelphia 2 years ago. We still come to Glanzmann for service based on the excellent car care, our trust in the competence of the service dept. and the fact that they are extremely accomodating, always fitting us in and adjusting the schedule to meet our needs. For he last 2-3 appointments, George was our representative and he has been great, very responsive, on target relative to timelines and always willing to answer all my extra questions. I would be pleased to have George as my Glanzmann service contact ongoing. In addition, I have had several interactions with Nick by phone and he has always been most flexible with appointment scheduling. More
