Steve was super friendly and helpful, and he was great at handling all the questions from my dad (he likes to look out for me, haha). The whole purchasing process was very smooth, and everyone at Glanzmann was so nice. I live in New Jersey, so there was some extra work involved with transferring states, but they all made it very easy. The car had only been listed online for a couple of days when I went up for a test drive, so it hadn't been detailed yet and was pretty dirty. I came back a few days later to pick up the car, and it was absolutely spotless! The garage did a fantastic job. Steve sat with me before I drove off in the car, and showed me every single thing in the car and how to work it. Overall, this was probably the best car buying experience ever! I should also add that this whole transaction took place within a few days before and after Christmas Day, and we didn't have one single delay or issue. Thank you Steve and everyone at Glanzmann! More
