Love my new 2019 Outback! This is my 2nd Outback - just traded in my 2010 for a 2019 with so many bells and whistles...and got a great trade-in price and quote as well. My husband and I shopped around - and our salesman, Vince, at Glanzmann beat the competition easily. I also liked the in-person follow up tutorial with my Subaru Concierge, Erick. The days of putting a key in the ignition and driving off are gone, as cars have become more hi-tech and smarter...you really need the extra bit of one-on-one attention to review and understand all the little nuances of your vehicle...and I got a $25 WaWa gift card just for learning more about my car. Fast & friendly No surprises. I pull in. Am received politely by technicians in the work bay and directed to the appropriate inside station. Simple oil change with No surprises. I pull in. Flat Tires are no fun Had a flat and for some reason, Subaru corporate wouldn't provide me with the free tow even though my my car qualified. I decided to put the donut on myself, but those lugnuts just wouldn't budge! I was just down the street from Glanzmann service, so Nick came to my rescue and helped me get that donut on. Service advisor Alicia Windfuhr was very professional and courteous. She explained everything that i needed to know about the service that would be performed. She also went over the complimentary multi-point inspection with me, explaining everything in detail. I was also very pleased with the complimentary shuttle serve that I utilized. I didn't get the name of the driver, but he was very polite and professional. This was my first visit to Glanzmann Subaru, and it was a very positive experience. More
Car buying made easy We just bought a 2018 Subaru from Glanzmann - certified pre-owned. The process was easy because of their no haggling price policy. We checked Kelly Blue Book for our trade-in value and Glanzmann was within the Blue Book range for our trade-in. Our salesperson, Steve, was very enthusiastic and helpful. I would say the only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 was that they just wouldn't take no for an answer on buying any of the various safely packages, aka extended warranties, etc. We have had Subarus for a long time and have never bought the extended warranties and have had no problem. But, it was hard to get through that process with the closing person - he wouldn't take no for an answer for quite a while. Otherwise, a very easy experience. More
