Impressive First Visit I took my 7 year old car to Glanzmann Subaru last week for the first time and met Ray Cooley my service advisor. I found Ray to be knowledgable, articulate and easy to talk to and I felt comfortable with his recommendations. I waited while my car was being serviced. The dealership has a nice waiting room with coffee and water and a selection of good magazines. Ray kept me informed of the progress of my car and it was completed (and washed) in a timely manner. Based on my first visit I recommend Glanzmann Subaru and highly recommend Ray Cooley. More

Very satisfied with all involved My wife and I came to Glanzmann Subaru on New Years Eve to test drive a 2019 Subaru Touring and met with Vince Hendri. Vince was very informativ My wife and I came to Glanzmann Subaru on New Years Eve to test drive a 2019 Subaru Touring and met with Vince Hendri. Vince was very informative and we negotiated what I felt was a fair price for the vehicle I wanted. Unfortunately the model and color vehicle I wanted was not in stock or scheduled for delivery to any of the dealers in the vicinity. This actually worked out better for me because I was able to order the exact vehicle and options I wanted directly from the factory. I was told it usually took about 8 to 12 weeks for delivery of a special order vehicle and my new Subaru arrived on February 25th. My wife and I met with Vince and he spent a good amount of time explaining Subaru Eye Sight and all the other features my new Forester has. Doug Fisher guided us through all of the paper work necessary to take possession of the vehicle. I'm 67 years old and this is not the first time I purchased a brand new car but this is the first time a dealer had a program in place to give a new car buyer the option to schedule a future appointment to meet with a knowledgeable person could answer any questions or assist in setting up any of the new technological features that are included in my new vehicle. I have absolutely no buyers remorse and would not hesitate to recommend Glanzmann Subaru. More
