Great experience I took my car to Glanzmann for its first oil change. The service center was crowded, but I spotted the express service counter and headed over to it. I took my car to Glanzmann for its first oil change. The service center was crowded, but I spotted the express service counter and headed over to it. The two people working were very personable. Within about two minutes I was seated in the comfy waiting room with a complimentary soda. They had told me it would be about 45 minutes, so I called my aunt to chat and pass the time. We were still talking when I saw them bring my car out, freshly washed! It was probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. More

Great service! I've been coming to Glanzmann for service for several years after buying 2 Foresters from them. They are caring, efficient, and accommodating. Had some problems this past year with servicing my 2011 Forester, but they were resolved. Never had any issues with my 2015 Forester. More

My only complaint is with the car wash - my sideview mirrors were unusable due to soap not being wiped off. I asked for a cloth and the only cloth available was covered in oil, so I had to get my car washed after my appointment. Everything else was great but I feel like the car wash part really shouldn’t have happened. More

Service far exceeded my expectations! I set up a detailing appointment with Chis Waldron on 6/24. Chris went above and beyond in getting my car taken care of. He even helped with the detailing work itself to help get my car finished the same day, Chris also help me on 6/18 when I brought my car in for a state inspection. I did not realize that my car was under a service contract and Chris found out the it was. The inspection and repairs ended up being half the cost I expected. Chris is an amazing employee and he made my two recent experiences exceptional! More
They made the problem worse and won’t fix it. I brought the car in because the key fobs both stopped responding AND the car door would not open with the key lock. When I explained the problem over I brought the car in because the key fobs both stopped responding AND the car door would not open with the key lock. When I explained the problem over the phone they told me to bring it in, no appointment needed, the fobs just needed to be re-synched. 4 days later, I was told the car was fixed and picked it up right as they were closing. I realized when I got home that neither key fob works AND THE only way I can open the car is to set off the alarm when I open the door with key. They lied to me and said that it was fixed and that the fobs were synched. I paid $140 for the privilege of posing off my neighbors when I leave at 6am for work. We picked up the car Monday night (it’s now Wednesday) and they have not yet refunded the money or made any attempt to take ownership for screwing it up or how they are going to fix it. It’s a fail all the way around. Meanwhile you keep texting me but not responding to the texts. More
