I had a 10 o’clock appointment was told that the tech wasn’t coming in till 3 PM I sat in their waiting room for four hours before someone came out to tell me this then they decided that there was nothin wasn’t coming in till 3 PM I sat in their waiting room for four hours before someone came out to tell me this then they decided that there was nothing wrong with the car and sent me home. The gentleman that checked my car and gave me attitude from the beginning refused to talk to me to find out what was wrong with my car checked it in and said will have it done in an hour or two without being even told what was wrong with my car. From the beginning of my appointment to the i walked out everyone I Dealt with very unprofessional attitude and unwillingness to listen to my concerns will never come back to your service department ever again More

My complaint is that they don't go by who is there but let people drive up and take them before people who had scheduled appointments.
