Between Mel and a serviceman they figured out how to install a handle on the inside of the trunk for me. As a short person I had to use a step stool to close the trunk - a hassle beyond belief. Do not buy a car from Glassman Automotive Kia or any other. I have been lied, to mentally xxxxx, abandoned, mentally assaulted. I purchased a used car from Glassman for my daughter a 2014 Ford Focus. They broke my car latch on my door and tried to blame it on me and my husband. Gary the manager and Chander the sales rep took my vehicle to Avis Ford to be fix after they said they were not grotto fix it and abandoned my car there. Went to Avis Ford they could not find it. It sat on there lot for 24 hrs without anyone knowing it was there. I will never buy a car from Glassman and will tell everyone don't buy one from you. If this is how you treat customers I want know part of you or your dealership ever!!! I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. You can feel and see the racism in the dealership. I guess wrong color poor service hang them now. This dealership has cause me such anxiety, headaches and pain. I will burn in xxxx before I come back here !!!!! More
It was very clean dealership and the people were very polite they took me in right away which was great I had an appointment however they said it would be about an hour and half for an oil change I get t polite they took me in right away which was great I had an appointment however they said it would be about an hour and half for an oil change I get they were short staffed but I believe they should make less appointments if that is the case. The staff is pretty friendly and mostly always full of smiles. I left Hodges due to their service department. I did my first service and never came back and they were in my neighborhood.
