My wife purchased, from Glassman. a used 2018 Kia Optima, she traded in a 2015 Kia Sorrento that she purchased new. The Optima was purchased 12/2020, I heard a knocking sound while riding in her vehicle and she took it in for service 01/2021. I was a passenger in the Optima again and heard the same sound. It was clearly on the passenger side and my wife didn't hear it. Well she took the car in today for service and was told by the service advisor that the wheel and tire was the cause of the noise and that it'll cost $750.00 to repair. I call the service advisor Jonathan Richardson and he stated that he would need to speak with the used car sales department. Mr Richardson call back and stated that the vehicle was sold as is and that nothing would be done. I told him they just lost a customer. My wife has purchase two vehicles from Glassman Kia and clearly they're not willing to stand behind their product. You sell a used vehicle with a repaired wheel...and a loyal customer expects to be remedied after having the vehicle for, just shy of, three months and this is the second time it has been in for this knocking issue. REALLY GLASSMAN.....Shame! I wish I could give negative stars....This is disappointing and to think was was entertaining getting the Kia Telluride from Glassman....Nope my wife and I will spend our money elsewhere. I really hope that these reviews are read so that upper management can see how their loyal customers are treated. More
THE WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR EVER. The Sales Associate Ken was AMAZING outside of his involvement it has NOT been pleasant. When I advised Dave when signing the papers for financing that what I was being asked to sign was not what was talked about then all the sudden I was the issue. He proceeded to get a attitude with me stormed out his office for the sales manager and sales associate to figure it out. When Dave returned to his office to finish the loan agreement he then fixed his mouth to tell me I did not have to sit in his office for this process. That I could sign everything on the Ipad at Ken's desk. Which I politely declined because you are not going to excuse me from your presences when I did nothing wrong. The whole experience with Dave Nething my gut told me to walk away I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED. I 10000% REGRET buying this car from this dealership. Fast forward 6 days later my wiper breaks so I have to take it in for repairs. My first time using my wiper blades and this happens. I don't understand how a BRAND NEW 2021 CAR is breaking 6 days after driving off the lot and it is not covered. I feel for a $53,000 vehicle a $15 part that breaks a few days of owning the car should be covered. This is just week one I'm scared to see what is to come. I will definitely be finding a new dealership to use for all services. I refuse to give this dealership anymore of my time, money and energy. Do your self a favor and DO NOT go to this dealership to buy a car. I now have a new car I literally have to desire to have, not happy about my decision and regret it all. More
Bad experience shopping for a vehicle. Get a call from the sales manager - am told I would get a call shortly. No call - I follow up - then receive a call - salesman tells me he is going to give me a "gr the sales manager - am told I would get a call shortly. No call - I follow up - then receive a call - salesman tells me he is going to give me a "great deal" that management recently said in a meeting that they "want the 2020's off the lot". He even told me this vehicle doesn't move a lot (why would he tell me this). I get the pricing back and the price is higher than their advertised price on the their web page! I ask for clarification - no response. This behavior is why people dislike car salesman and dealerships in general. I feel that brokers are going to be the norm soon as more people like me get fed up with this kind of treatment. Buyer beware here. More

She's She's been going there for years; never had any issues until now. My mom went in for a oil change, they discovered a small oil leak they would repair the sensor. The same day after the oil was changed, there was a huge black puddle on the ground, she took it back. They kept the car over 1 month, told her they didn't know what was wrong & would work on it. She didn't receive 1 call in over a month. She had to keep calling & stopping up there. The owner wouldn't return any calls. We professionally & politely approached the owner, he knew it was us because of the BBB post. We spoke to owner he said they would come up with a solution after admitting they didn't change the oil, dye diagnose, fix the vehicle after paying over $900. Dave said there were 2 oil leaks now & its not repairable. George called & said they're working on it today. There was no George, a scam artist asking for my ssn. Thry asked her to come in to for her to speak with a technician. Went there they called the police & didn't fix my vehicle. They wanted their rental car back, after Dave told me to keep it until it was repaired. The owner didn't want to talk to her, called the police & had them say he didn't want my business after breaking my vehicle beyond repair. This dealership is RACIST & scam artist. Message me let's file a class action lawsuit against Glassman. Use this dealership at your own risk! More
I made an appointment with Crystal for the prices and deals that they have. Even though I had an appointment, Crystal sent me to another rep. There are many things wrong with Randy, didn't wear the mask properly, didn't want to give me the deals that they have because it was the end of the month, and was pretty rude. It looks like he didn't want to sell the car that day. They sent the information for a credit inquiry aware that it was incorrect. Told my girlfriend, quote: "Do you want the car or not, you have to sign If you want to." when they incorrectly sent the information and we had to sign a second credit inquiry with the correct information. It was inquired like 5 times, 2 of them without our knowledge. After 3 hours they ask us to leave without a deal because the bank wasn't answering, even though I told Randy I had a preapproval. Worst experience, I do not recommend this dealer unless you want to be rip off. I went to Garber Hyundai and didn't have any problems, even I made everything by phone and got over $1k in rebates. More
