Brought my car in for service and for the recall. I was written up before 8 a.m. and given a Loaner Car. Last Oil Change Visit My Service Rep Tony was wonderful and provided me with information pertaining my vehicle and other offers that at times no one else has done. He informed me that I had a recall and I was aware and he took care of it. The last time I had a recall not one person at the dealership informed me I had a letter that was dated for March 2019 and my appointment was in May I think and no one informed me so I appreciated that about tony. Although I was at the dealership for 1.5 hours I was comfortable sitting in the waiting room with my mask. The cashier was very kind and I like that she wiped off the pen. Thanks so much More

Over the phone made a 3:30pm appointment and explained to the person what needed to be looked at. Showed up at 3:30pm. Explained again what need to be looked at. Was told the car would need to stay over night. I explained to the rep I made the 3:30pm appointment so someone could look at the car between 3:30pm and closing. I only have one car. He suggested I rescheduled for the next day at 11:30am. Showed up at 11:30am. Was told to leave the car. I said I would wait until someone looked at the car to verify what had to be done. This is when I was informed that the car would not be looked at this day. My question, why schedule appointments if vehicles cannot be looked at within 1-4 hours of scheduled appointment? My expectations was not to have the car fixed right away, but to have someone look and verify what needed to be done before closed of business. Here was my expectation. Make an appointment. Arrive on time. Within 1-4 hours after arriving, have a estimate of time and costs to repair. Then reschedule appointment after parts have arrived for repairs. What made my experience change from extremely bad to excellent was when the rep offered me, at no charge, a loaner until my car was fixed. Please recognize all your service reps, but particularly Marcy Orr for her outstanding work. No fault to her, but my exception and how the service department works are different. The reason for 4 stars for customer service is to see if there is a better way to inform customers of the current process or possibly look at the process and making minor changes. Thanks again Marcy Orr for your help. More
