I was sold a relatively new car (2017) that within days of purchase had an airbag light come on. Ed at Glassman Kia said there would be no problem, it was just a sensor, and that they’d look at it at the s of purchase had an airbag light come on. Now, I find out my airbag system failed and Glassman Auto Group told me I could “pay them to have a look” and that it would be “illegal” for them to fix the car. ILLEGAL. That’s crazy. So it’s legal to put me on the road without airbags? Thanks Glassman Auto Group. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. THESE PEOPLE ARE PREDATORY AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. More
