Sarah Moilanen was outstanding On Thursday 5/05 I was driving on I-696 from Royal Oak towards my hospital job in Novi when I developed a flat tire on my rear driver side. I called AAA and was towed to Glassman Subaru in Southfield for service. The tire for my leased 2016 Subaru Legacy wasn't in stock, so I had to go to work on a spare. The communication from Sarah Moilanen in the service department was exceptional. I'm a pharmacist and good communication matters. And because I work a lot, reliable transportation matters even more.
