Everything I feared about getting a car I have not been able to drive me car since the 26th of November and I bought it on the 16th of November. I still haven't gotten my plate and I have al I have not been able to drive me car since the 26th of November and I bought it on the 16th of November. I still haven't gotten my plate and I have already put $350 in repairs for this car and have been quoted another four to five hundred before I can DRIVE it. The car had a bad cataylic converter, needs four ignition coils and spark plugs. I called Glassman and they said they would check the car out. They came and got it and dropped it back off in the same condition. I have been in contact with Mr. Michael Glassman who says he feels bad but I bought it as is. He did offer to do the tune up if I bought the parts.They quoted $110 a peice for these parts. I need four. So I have to spend an additional $440+ before I pay my first car note? Are you serious? I wish I would have went anywhere but here. I have a family to provide for. I work part time and have spent more than I should at this point. My car note is due on the 16th of this month. So I have driven this car 10 out of the thirty days I have had it because of this company's negligence to do any type of inspection on the used cars they sell or the fact that once you sign them papers they could care less. More

Skeptical at start but could not be happier at the end Even though Chelsea Short, the salesperson that helped me with my purchase, mentioned she is not very experienced with the sale process, her colleague Even though Chelsea Short, the salesperson that helped me with my purchase, mentioned she is not very experienced with the sale process, her colleagues were extremely helpful and supportive and I never had the feeling that I am in the wrong place or wrong hands. I return three times to the dealership for test drive and discussions and options and always found a responsive team and very straight forward answers that helped me take the decision to go with Glassman. During the vehicle delivery procedure Chelsea proved to be very confident and her vehicle functionality detailed and precise knowledge impressed me. She made sure I know where all the switches are and what their functionalities are. Jason, the Finance Manager, was very rigorous with the paperwork and transparent with all the costs. I admired his patience in dealing with my doubts if there was anything tricky in the entire deal. There wasn't. Thank you Chelsea, Jason and The Team!!! Ciprian More
