They listened to me as a customer (i.e. i do my own car maintenance) and made a point of demonstrating that during the various discussions we had. I generally felt that they were receptive to my questions and did their best to provide meaningful answers. They also mentioned that because I do my own oil changes, that my vehicle takes an additional quart of oil, which is great to know. I would have figured it out anyway, but it is nice to have a heads up. More
